What condition are the cards listed as?

We use industry-standard grading: Mint, Near Mint (NM), Excellent, Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), and Damaged. High-value cards usually include close-up photos of front/back.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take within Australia?

All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales. Standard shipping (Australia Post) takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Express Post options (1–3 business days) are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, but it is not available in our checkout. Please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

How are cards packaged and protected?

Every card is placed in a penny sleeve + top loader (or magnetic/one-touch for higher-value cards). Multiple cards are secured in team bags and shipped in a sturdy boxed parcel with bubble wrap — never just a plain envelope.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order receives an Australia Post tracking number (or DHL for international) emailed to you as soon as the label is created.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

My card arrived damaged — what now?

Take photos of the damage and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll either refund you in full or send a replacement (our cost).

How does your consignment (sell for me) service work?

You send us your cards → we photograph, list, store, sell, and ship them → when they sell we pay you 80–90% of the sale price (depending on value). You keep ownership until sold and can request cards back anytime. No upfront fees.
